The booking process.
If you’re ready to bring your brand to life with thoughtful design, here’s how we’ll make it happen! Every package follows a clear but flexible process to keep things smooth and enjoyable.

When you’re ready to take the next step, head over to my website and fill out the inquiry form. From there, we’ll schedule a chat to discuss your project, go over any questions, and figure out the best approach for your needs.

After our chat, if we’re a great fit, I’ll send you a tailored proposal outlining the project details. You’ll also receive a contract, a questionnaire to dive deeper into your brand, and an invoice for the 50% deposit. Then we can begin the process of securing your booking.

To officially secure your start date, all you need to do is sign the contract and submit the deposit. Once that’s done, your project is officially booked, and we can start bringing your brand vision to life!
The design process.
We start with a questionnaire to understand your brand, followed by brainstorming and defining the creative direction. Then, we move into the design phase, with room for revisions to ensure everything aligns with your vision. Once everything is finalized, you’ll receive all the files and guidance you need to launch with confidence.

This is where we dive deep into your brand’s values, vision, and goals. Using the completed questionnaire, I’ll analyze what makes your brand unique and create a strategic direction to guide the design.

With a clear direction in mind, I brainstorm creative ideas and translate them into rough sketches. This step allows me to explore different layouts, compositions, and design elements before refining the best concept.

Now comes the exciting part—bringing your brand’s visuals to life! I’ll create your design based on our strategy and present the initial concepts. You’ll have the chance to review, provide feedback, and refine the designs until they align perfectly with your vision.

Once the final design is approved, I’ll send the final invoice for the remaining project fee. After payment is received, I’ll deliver all your brand assets and guidelines in a structured folder. You’ll receive all essential files, along with clear instructions on how to use them. Now, you’re ready to confidently launch your brand and share it with the world!
